Computability of topological pressure on compact shift spaces beyond finite type*

چکیده
Abstract We investigate the computability (in sense of computable analysis) topological pressure P top ( ϕ ) on compact shift spaces X for continuous potentials ϕ : X → R . This question has recently been studied subshifts finite type (SFTs) and their factors (sofic shifts). develop a framework to address general apply this coded shifts. In particular, we prove all S-gap shifts, generalised gap particular beta-shifts. also construct which, depending potential, exhibit non-computability pressure. further that function , ↦ | is not large set entropy map h at space if only zero entropy. Along way developing these results, derive several ergodic-theoretical properties shifts which are independent interest beyond realm computability.
